Millet

Millet groats, a delicacy of Old Polish and Slavic cuisine. Loose millet is a tasty addition to roasts, especially with a generous amount of sauce. The popularity of potatoes overshadowed the groats so valued by our ancestors, between them and millet. Wrong!
