You've probably wondered more than once(You) how much of this flour to add to the dough?:) .Below I publish a proven kitchen converter :

  • “1 glass” this 250 ml”
  • “1 spoon” this 15 ml
  • “1 teaspoon” this 5 ml
  • “butter cube” this 250 g

WHEAT FLOUR

  • 1 glass = 150 – 160 g
  • 1 spoon = 10 g
  • 1 teaspoon = 3 g

POTATO FLOUR

  • 1 glass = 190 g
  • 1 spoon = 10 g
  • 1 teaspoon = 3 g

KRUPCHATKA FLOUR

  • 1 glass = 210 g
  • 1 spoon = 10 g
  • 1 teaspoon = 3 g

SUGAR

  • 1 glass = 220 g
  • 1 spoon = 13 g
  • 1 teaspoon = 5 g

POWDERED SUGAR

  • 1 glass = 170 g
  • 1 spoon = 12 g
  • 1 teaspoon = 4 g

COCOA

  • 1 glass = 130 g
  • 1 spoon = 8 g
  • 1 teaspoon = 3 g

WHIPPING CREAM

  • 1 glass = 260 g
  • 1 spoon = 16 g
  • 1 teaspoon = 5 g

OIL

  • 1 glass = 230 g
  • 1 spoon = 14 g
  • 1 teaspoon = 5 g

HONEY

  • 1 glass = 360 g
  • 1 spoon = 22 g

WATER, MILK

  • 1 glass = 250 g
  • 1 spoon = 15 g
  • 1 teaspoon = 5 g

DRIED YEAST

  • 1 teaspoon = 4 g

FRESH YEAST we always give 2 x so much, what dried.
