This time there will be no entry with a film report, but it will be a very healthy entry. I'm lucky, that my plot is bordered by a forest, to which from time to time I manage to jump out for the benefits of nature - not only mushrooms, or berries.

This week alone, you have the opportunity to make pine syrup for the whole year. This is a home way to improve our immunity. At the same time, it is extremely inexpensive. However, my proposal requires a bit more patience, but about it in the recipe.

Recipe

Pine shoots, which we use must be green, and the needle on them must be very delicate, cannot sting. We must remember when collecting them, that rush is a future branch, but don't worry, the growth of such shoots in the case of pine is very fast every year.

You can also collect green cones, or the male version of the shoot (taka co pyli), but I do not recommend it. Good to remember, that we do not pick up stiff shoots, for they are slowly becoming wooden and will not let go of juices. We need a shoot for four jars. We can halve the larger ones.

Wash the shoots and put them in a jar and then cover them with sugar. After one day of preparation, we can see pine syrup at the bottom.

We do not tighten the jars and do not put them in the sun, but we keep in a warm place. We check them every now and then, that nothing would ferment there by accident. After three weeks, strain the syrup and pour it into a jar or bottle. We reach for it in diseases. Simple truth?

Recommend this recipe to your friends, because it will not only help with colds. When we put some spirit there (after the shoots are separated) we'll get a nice tincture, so much, that you don't have to wait three weeks for her, and three months behind him.
