Especially baked whole was a delicacy of Old Polish cuisine. Tourists visiting Bulgaria and Romania have the opportunity, to find out (lambs are a national delicacy there), that our ancestors knew, what is good. So that there is no misunderstanding, We are reminding, that a lamb is a young sheep, so called until the end of the calendar year, in which she was born. Older pieces of meat – it's just that… baranina.
