Egg
The famous sculptor Brancusi argued, that the egg is "the most perfect form". There are many ancient legends and beliefs associated with the egg, what a vivid echo is the Easter egg (Easter egg). Some beliefs saw in the egg a sacred symbol of life – therefore if someone stole the eggs, he had exposed himself to seven years of misfortune (from every stolen egg !). The egg is one of nature's most perfect creations. It is basically a complete food, i.e.. it contains all the nutrients necessary for the life and development of the organism: protein, fat, iron, Phosphor, minerals, vitamins (except for C.) etc., etc.. Eggs are relatively low-calorie food (1 egg = 80-100 calories). According to nutritionists, the most easily digestible eggs are soft-boiled and hard-boiled eggs. Two soft-boiled eggs for the first breakfast cover 50 percentage of the body's daily requirement for protein and vitamins (except for vitamin C.). Unfortunately, eggs must be avoided by liver patients and allergy sufferers – but this is a matter for the doctor to decide. One should also remember, that the yolk contains a lot of cholesterol, therefore, older people should not eat more than 4-5 jaj.
