It is best to prepare them in a blender with a container. If we don't have it, can be handled perfectly with an ordinary whisk. We put all the shredded ingredients and pour the liquids into a tall pot like this, so that they do not splash. It does not take long to whip, it is enough when the drink foams. Whipping, mixing and beating in a shaker greatly enhances the taste of the cocktail by this, that it becomes a kind of emulsion. Pour the finished cocktail into small tall glasses, filling them to 3/4 heights, and add an ice cube. If we have straws or thin plastic tubes, we also decorate the rims of the dishes with very finely chopped greens (Dill, parsley, watercress) or a chop of nuts or peanuts. To do this, pour a little beaten protein into a shallow bowl, dip the rims of the glasses and sprinkle them with these ingredients. Of course, we do this before pouring the drink.
It is worth recalling, we serve all cocktails chilled. Therefore, the filled glasses should not remain on the table for a long time, it is better to refill them as you drink them, and keep the prepared cocktail in a larger vessel in the refrigerator or on the balcony.
