Pancakes With Spinach and feta – w 35 minutes

Perfect composition.

Ingredients for 4 portions:

Filling:
– 60 a dag of spinach,
– 10 day fety,
– 6 a dag of pine nuts,
– po 2 spoons of cream 30 proc. i 18 proc.,
– Oil

Sos:
– 4 tomatoes,
– onion,
– 2 garlic cloves,
– Herbes de Provence,
– you are tabasco,
– 350 ml of broth,
– 125 ml of tomato juice

Preparation:

1. Prepare the dough according to the basic recipe. Preheat the pan, lubricate with fat. Pour a portion of the dough into the pan and fry it 12 pancakes. Sos: Fry the chopped onion and garlic clove on a tablespoon of olive oil. Add chopped tomatoes, sauté. Season with Provencal herbs, sole, pepper and sugar. Cook over high heat 5 min. Season with tabasco.
2. Filling: fry the pine nuts and the second grated garlic clove on a tablespoon of oil, add spinach. Fry 1 min. Add the diced feta cheese and cream. Season. Spread the stuffing over the pancakes. Roll them into rolls. Pour over the hot sauce.
