Fresh fruit salads (Fresh Fruit Salad)
Allergy sufferers may risk eating fresh fruit, for they are available in so much choice, that the possibility of avoiding allergies is high. It is also easy to buy many exotic fruits these days. You can serve single fruit or salads of two or three species. You can make some juice for pouring by crushing or mixing one fruit with water, sweeten a little to taste, if the fruit is too acidic and in a few minutes we will get perfect, a delicate and nutritious sweet dessert.
Here are some suggestions for combinations:
guajava, melon, raspberry juice
banana and apple
banana, kiwi and strawberries
raspberries, strawberries and blueberries
small pieces of mango, melon and pitted cherries
peach, pear and nectarine
pineapple, strawberries, banana and pineapple juice
You can give separately:
strawberries, raspberries, black berries, peaches, nectarines, plums, ripe apricots
VARIANT
Fruit, which taste best when cooked in a little water: apples, blackberries, renklody, moral, plums, pears, black currant, Red currant.
CAUTION: Avoid fruit if you are allergic to yeast, which cannot be peeled or cooked.
