Tartar herring (proportions on 10-12 people)
60 dag tracks (without heads), 2-3 onions, 2-3 tablespoons of oil, spoon of tomato paste, a teaspoon of mustard: pepper, ground hot pepper, egg, green parsley
Herring soak, edge fillets and cut into small cubes. Mash the onion in the same way. To combine, add tomato paste, mustard and the rest of the spices. Add the oil gradually, constantly stirring, so that a consistency resembling "tartare”. Sprinkle with chopped hard-boiled egg and finely chopped parsley.
