The spinach hit, or putty?
Spinach – innocent plant, for which there has been a fierce battle between scientists for years. Propagate Theory Proponents, that spinach is an irreplaceable source of iron and magnesium, they say, that it is a miracle cure for all evil. You have anemia? You must eat a lot of spinach! You have anemia? You must eat a lot of spinach! Such sentences can be heard many times from admirers of it, after all, controversial vegetable. On the other hand, we can meet with a cold opinion of skeptics. They believe, that all credible studies prove it, that spinach doesn't have too much iron. Well, after analyzing the latest research, it turns out, that the truth lies somewhere inside, between the parties to the dispute. Spinach, indeed, contains large amounts of magnesium and iron, however, it is largely not digestible for our body. It tastes good as an addition to soups and sauces.
So that our body can easily absorb the nutrients of spinach, it must be prepared properly. First, you should avoid frying spinach in oil, and mixing it in an inhumanly greasy sauce. Spinach likes light cuisine. It is then tastier and much tastier.
Many experts recommend serving it as a smoothie – with fruits, without prior treatment. Cooked spinach, with a little butter and lemon would also be advisable. Spinach is an integral part of various diets, among which, first of all, we can distinguish a vegan and vegetarian diet. Summarizing the information, which I was able to collect, I can state, that spinach is undoubtedly a healthy plant, heals many ailments. However, this must be borne in mind, that it would be effective, must be treated with respect.
As a child, I hated spinach in the form of boiled pulp. To this day, I remember an event from my school days; Well, spinach was served in the canteen, potatoes and chop. Each child, of course, panicked and asked the cook for a spinach-free portion. However, I never ate it and found it, that hey, what do I care about others, i will try, I won't poison myself. The cooks were delighted with one soul, who asked in the window, so as not to take her spinach from the plate. So I headed towards the table, the canteen held her breath, I sat down, scooped green slime, I put it in my mouth and… I forgot about spinach for many years. As a child, I didn't like spinach very much, fortunately, my mother rarely cooked it. Since my studies, I have only managed to convince him to this extent, that I could eat it every day and in any form! Of course it is not so, because constantly eating spinach isn't good either.
