Black meetings
1 kg of pork or lamb, 20 a dag of bacon, 2 small onions, juniper berries, pepper, salt, bay leaves
Slice the meat, beat well with a pestle and soak in whey 2 at, then dry with a cloth. Sprinkle each slice of meat with salt and pepper, put the onion rings, 2 juniper berries, bay leaf and cover with an identical slice of bacon or pork fat. Roll it tightly into a shaft, pierce with a metal rod or wooden stick. Bake devil's roulades in the oven, by placing them on a net or on a baking sheet. They are served with bread, baked or fried potatoes and pickled onion heads.
