If it turned out, that the liquid has too much bitterness, add another half quart of spirit mixed with a quart of water, cork the bottles and after 4 weeks to use.

Caution: The cuticles should never be soaked in pure spirit, because the oil extracted from them, after adding water to the spirit, will turn white like milk and only careful filtering will restore the clarity of the tincture
