Black tea

Black tea

It is impossible to hide, that the most popular type of tea is black tea. In our country it is drunk most often. Both at homes, as well as in public places, like cafes or restaurants.

On a large scale, black tea, it is mainly produced in India, China and some African countries.

Black tea producers are outdoing each other in ideas, to present your product in the best possible way and reach customers. It is hardly surprising, that the packaging is becoming more and more colorful, since the number of companies producing this type of tea is so huge, that they must make every effort, to draw consumers' attention to your product.

The production of black tea is different from the production of other types of tea, above all this, that the leaves undergo a long fermentation. With other types of this drink, fermentation takes less time or does not take place at all. It would be rather difficult to confuse black tea with any other type. After brewing, it has an intense dark color, which cannot be said of any other kind of tea.

Black tea has similar properties to other types of tea. It is good for digestion, so it can help with stomach discomfort. You can drink it instead of coffee, because it effectively stimulates, especially, when we brew a strong brew. It has a good effect on the circulatory system, protects it and prevents the formation of dangerous blood clots. The conducted research confirmed, that regular consumption of this drink can prevent a heart attack. There is also a large amount of fluoride in this type of tea, protects our teeth against caries. Interestingly, proved too, that drinking black tea helps protect us from skin cancer.

Black tea should be brewed from 2 do 5 minutes in boiling water. The length of brewing depends on this, in what form is the tea. The larger the leaf fragments, the longer it should be. Worth knowing, that a stimulating drink is produced when the tea is brewed for a short time, while longer brewing does, that tea has a relaxing effect.

Properly brewed tea has foam on the surface. There is no sense of bitterness in its taste either. Tea should be consumed, when it's warm. A cold drink loses its aroma and taste.
