Fried bananas with vanilla ice cream
Ingredients:
– 2 large and ripe bananas
– spoon of brown sugar

Ingredients:

– 1 a glass of forest fruit ( berries, raspberries, strawberries) in winter, use frozen ones.
– 2 ripe bananas
– 1/2 glasses of boiled water
– 5 spoons of honey

A method of preparing:
Mix the water with the honey. Add fruit to it, then mix everything like this, that a smooth mass is formed. Then put the mass into a plastic container and put in the freezer for a few hours. After 2 hours, remove and stir inside the container. Serve in cups with fresh fruit or mousse

Recipe for raspberry mousse with sparkling wine
Ingredients:
– 1 kilogram of fresh raspberries ( if there is no, they can be frozen)
– 1 a glass of white sugar
– 2 glasses of cream
– 3 egg whites
– 3 teaspoons of powdered gelatin
– 2 glasses of red sparkling wine

A method of preparing:
We cook raspberries with sugar, then rub them through a sieve to get rid of the seeds and cool. We beat the cream with egg white. Then we soak and dissolve the gelatin. After this step, combine fruit with cream and add gelatine. Carefully poured wine inside, taking care that the mass does not fall down and gently mix the whole thing. We put the mousse into cups and cool it in the fridge. Take out before serving and decorate with fresh fruit.
