Pancakes - a good recipe for sweet side dishes

Pancakes - a good recipe for sweet side dishes.

This pancake recipe is great for any sweet side dish, starting with jams, and ending with the cheese mass. The method of execution is very similar to the others, only the ingredients really change. The only problem may be the lack of vanilla sugar, as a last resort, it can be omitted, but their taste will not be the same. You can also use one of the other recipes below that.

Ingredients:

  • 1,5 glasses of flour
  • 2 eggs
  • a glass of milk
  • 1/2 glasses of water
  • 2 spoons of sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar
  • pinch of salt

Manner of execution:

We mix all the ingredients, preferably using a blender. When there are no lumps left, carefully pour this pancake batter into the pan. We fry in oil, of course, on it they are probably the best in taste. You need to be careful, that they are of the appropriate thickness, otherwise, they may be either raw or burn easily.
