Trout with almonds (Trout with Almonds) – Portion for 1 persons
1 fresh or frozen trout (it should be thawed)
breading flour (tooth. possibilities)
a piece of legal margarine or butter (as long as it is not prohibited)
juice from 1/2 a small lemon and lemon slices to garnish
1 spoon of roasted ground almonds
a sprig of parsley to garnish
Coat the trout in the flour. Carefully heat the margarine in the pan, put the fish in and fry on low heat from 2 do 8 minutes on each side, depending on the size of the trout.
Place the fried fish on the heated dish and sprinkle with lemon juice. Sprinkle with almonds, Garnish with lemon slices and parsley. Serve with boiled potatoes, with green vegetables or with green salad.

Flour: potato, buckwheat or rice
Herrings in oatmeal (Herrings in Oatmeal)
1 fresh herring
1 spoon of oatmeal, coarsely ground
frying oil (tooth. possibilities)
sprigs of parsley and lemon wedges to garnish
The herring should be sliced and the backbone removed. Wash the fish and incise the skin 2 or 3 places. Roll herring flakes, pressing, to stick well. Heat a little oil in a frying pan and carefully place the cut side down. To fry 4-5 minutes on each side. Drain and immediately serve garnished with parsley and lemon wedges. Carrots and peas are excellent additions, grilled tomatoes, rice and new potatoes.
POSSIBILITIES
Oil: sunflower, saffron or other allowed
CAUTION: In a gluten-free diet, Millet can be used instead of oatmeal. If you are allergic to citrus, do not use lemon.
