Apple salad, lettuce and watercress
2 leaf lettuce heads, 2 sour apples, 2 spoons of chopped watercress,
3 spoons of olive oil, spoon of whipped fresh cream, pinch of salt, pinch of sugar, a teaspoon of finely chopped hazelnuts
Wash the lettuce leaves and tear them into smaller pieces. Peel the apples and cut into thin slices. Stir immediately and pour over the sauce made of olive oil and whipped cream with salt. Then add the cress, chopped or whole leaves and mix, adding a pinch of sugar and finely chopped nuts.
