Potatoes (Potatoes)

Jacket potatoes (Jacket Potatoes)

Choose medium or large potatoes and scrub them well. Prick with a fork so that they do not break during baking. Punch each potato lengthwise onto a metal skewer and place on a baking tray. Bake in a hot oven (220°C) for about an hour. Count after 1 potato per person. (Potatoes prepared in this way are not suitable for people allergic to yeast).

Potatoes with parsley (Parsley Potatoes)

Add a little chopped parsley to the mashed potatoes. You can also sprinkle it on baked potato slices or potatoes with onions.

The old dishes are best suited for this dish, peeled potatoes. Cut them into quarters or halves and boil them through 10 minutes. Strain, put into a greased ovenproof dish or roasting pan.
