Orange dessert

1 a large orange, 5 jaj, a teaspoon of flour, half a cup of sugar, fat and breadcrumbs to mold

Wash the orange thoroughly in hot water and boil it in the peel, then grate on a grater without peeling. Whip egg yolks with sugar until fluffy and mix with grated orange. Beat the egg whites until stiff, add the flour and carefully combine the ingredients. Put the mass in a refractory dish greased with fat and sprinkled with breadcrumbs, put into a preheated oven (ok. 200°C) and bake 20 min. Dessert can be served cold or hot.
