A glass of flour, 3 yolks, pinch of salt, spoon of thick cream: spoon of spirit or vinegar (6%), frying fat (lard + margarine or oil)

Combine the ingredients, not kneading. Transfer to the board and knock out with a roller, still folding in half, until it becomes uniform, dense dough without streaks - for dumplings. Put them in the refrigerator on 30 min., then roll it out thinly and cut into long diamonds with a knife. Score each through the center lengthwise and thread the end through, forming angel wings. Fry them in plenty of fat anyway, so that they float freely. After taking it out, put on tissue paper and sprinkle hot sprinkle with powdered sugar mixed with vanilla sugar.
