Mushrooms in Greek (Greek Mushrooms) – Portion for 1 persons
1 onion slice or 1 tinned onion, finely chopped
2 teaspoons of oil (tooth. possibilities) and some oil to grease the salad bowl
50 g of small mushroom hats
1 spoon of dry white wine, freshly ground black pepper (freely)
pinch of salt
1/2 a sliced clove of garlic (no need to peel)
In a small pot, fry the onion in oil, not blushing. Add mushrooms and fry, stirring all the time, about 5 minutes. Pour in the wine, bring to the boil and possibly add pepper. Stir and cool.
Pour salt into a salad bowl and add a little oil. Dip the garlic with the cut side in salt and oil, rub the inside of the salad bowl with it. Discard garlic. Put the mushrooms in a salad bowl, cool, then cool in the refrigerator.
Serve with fresh bread suitable for your diet.
