Stuffed eggs (Stuffed Eggs) – Something for nibbling and dipping (Nibbles and Dips)

Stuffed eggs (Stuffed Eggs) – Portion for 1 persons

1 egg
milk allowed
3-4 cress sprigs, additionally one for decoration
3-4 lettuce leaves
freshly ground black pepper (freely)

Hard-boil the egg and cool it in cold water. Peel the shell, cut lengthwise in half. Carefully remove the yolk, mash them with a fork, adding a little milk, for a smooth mass. Add the finely chopped watercress and mix.
Arrange the lettuce leaves on the plate, and on them halves of the egg, filling the recesses of the dome with mass. Garnish with a sprig of watercress and sprinkle with pepper (freely).
Cress can be replaced with finely chopped tomato, no longer adding milk to the yolk.
CAUTION: For a dairy-free diet, milk can be replaced with water or soy milk.
