Avocado (Avokado) – Tomatoes with green beans (Tomato and Beans)

Avocado (Avokado) – Portion for 2 people

1 ripe avocado
1 a portion of salad dressing

Just before serving, cut the avocado in half, carefully remove the stone. Brush the inside of the fruit with salad dressing and serve with appropriate bread and permitted margarine. It is most convenient to eat this dish with a spoon.

CAUTION: For a diet that excludes citrus fruits, salad dressing should be made without lemon juice.

Tomatoes with green beans (Tomato and Beans) – Portion for 1 persons

onion slice
1/2 teaspoons of sunflower oil
2 fresh or tinned tomatoes, peeled
a pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper (freely)
50 g of cooked green beans

Fry the onion in oil. Add the tomatoes, season to taste and fry 3 minutes, constantly stirring. Cut the beans into small pieces and add to the tomatoes and onions. Warm well. Serve hot or cold.
