Croutons (Croutons) – Portion for 2 people

2 slices of bread diced

Place the sliced bread on the tray at the bottom of the oven when cooking meat or dough. Leave the croutons in the oven 15 minutes, until they are crispy and browned. (The baking time depends on the temperature of the oven, so you should visit the toasts frequently, so that they do not burn.)

Sprinkle the soup with croutons, or place them on top of a casserole or stew as a crispy side dish.

CAUTION: In the case of a diet excluding wheat, bread from a different type of grain should be used, and in a gluten-free diet, gluten-free bread.
