Spanish onion salad
4 large onions, 5-6 green lettuce leaves, 4 tablespoons of oil, 1-2 little tomatoes, 2 spoons of finely chopped chives, salt, pepper, lemon juice
Slice the onion into thin slices, pour on 5 min. salted boiled water, then strain in a strainer. Oil, lemon juice, salt and a little pepper to make a sauce. Arrange the leaves of washed and cloth-dried lettuce on a platter, on it - onion slices, sprinkle with chives, spread out the tomato quarters, pour the prepared sauce. It is simple, a very tasty salad, especially for roasted meats.
