Hot-dog
The greatest success at parties for children (checked!) they usually enjoy a kind of "hot dog"” done in a fairly simple way. We buy simple croissants or the so-called. salt bars (rather less browned), one for each child. We cut off both ends and carefully hollow them out with a pointed sharp knife, so as not to spoil the shape. We strip the skin of the same number of sausages, dip each of them in ketchup and stuff them into croissants. On top, grease them with a thin layer of butter, Place them on a baking sheet and put them into a hot oven for several minutes. We take out with ice or sugar tongs, put them on a tray covered with a colorful paper napkin or a cutout and serve to the table.
