Pate hedgehogs

30 dag of meat or poultry pâté, 8 thin slices of bun (Bagels), 10 a dag of butter, a large bunch of thin chives

Place a mound of pate on the slice of bun and form a hedgehog out of it. Make eyes from crumbs of dark bread or cloves. Cream the butter until it is plump, salt a little, put into a confectionery piping • make “spikes on each hedgehog”. Place all of them on a serving dish, lavishly sprinkled with chopped chives.
