Kefir
Real kefir comes from Asia Minor and is specially fermented camel's milk. In Europe, kefir is made from cow's milk (lean or full) grafted with noble kefir yeast. Kefir is an extremely easily digestible milk drink by the body. It has a pleasant sour taste and is slightly sparkling despite its thick consistency. Depend on the length of the fermentation time, includes from 0,2 do 0,6% alcohol. Young kefir (one-day) has a mild laxative effect, old (three-day) – just the opposite.
