Lithuanian cuisine specialty. Little dumplings, stuffed with raw mutton (beef) meat, chopped with tallow and seasoned pepper and marjoram. They are boiled in broth. They are extremely juicy, aromatic and… hard to digest. In the past, dumplings were eaten by the hoof, as mentioned by m. in. Syrokomla:
