Pudding pancakes with strawberries.

Pudding pancakes are one of my favorites !
I usually serve them with cottage cheese or jam.

Pancakes with pudding is my proven recipe. The cake comes out perfect and it fry great. Important, let the dough stand for a while for the gluten to start working.

Fresh fruit or chocolate glaze in the version for sweet gourmands are perfect for such pancakes.

You can also add vanilla or toffee pudding to the dough.

Pudding pancakes

CAKE:
200 g of wheat flour
50 g powdered cream pudding
120 ml of milk
120 ml of sparkling water
1 egg
2 tablespoons of odorless oil or melted and cooled butter
pinch of salt

 

FILLING:
250 g of white cheese
2 tablespoons of thick yogurt
1 spoon of powdered sugar
1 a teaspoon of vanilla sugar
1 yolk (if there is an allergy or intolerance it can be skipped)
½ teaspoon of lemon juice

ADDITIONALLY:
Fresh strawberries

Manner of execution:

Mix the ingredients for the dough thoroughly. Put the bowl with the dough on 25-30 min. In the meantime, we prepare the filling.
Grate the curd with sugar, then add plain yogurt and egg yolk. Finally, add lemon juice. The filling can be blended or mixed with a spoon.
Grease the pans with oil or butter. Pour the dough into the hot pan and fry it on both sides.
Spread the pancakes with the filling prepared in advance (you can also add chopped strawberries inside) and wrap in rolls or fold into triangles.
