Fruit slices (Fruit Slices) – Portion for 1 persons
1 large apple or pear
3 tablespoons of water
permitted sweetener to taste
3 pinches of cinnamon (freely)
Wash the fruit, peel, remove the seed pockets, cut into thin slices. Arrange the fruit slices in overlapping layers in a small ovenproof dish. Pour over with water and sprinkle with your chosen sweetener. You can, if you like, sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake in a medium-hot oven (180°C) about 20 minutes – until they soften. Serve hot or cold.
CAUTION: For a yeast-free diet, serve hot.
Carob pudding (Carob Pudding) – Portion for 1 persons
1 a heaped tablespoon of ground rice
1 heaped tablespoon of ground carob seeds (carob tree)
sugar (tooth. possibilities)
300 ml of liquid (tooth. possibilities)
Combine the rice in a pot, «Carob» and sugar. Gradually combine with milk. Boil it, then keep on fire about 5 minutes, stirring all the time. Serve hot or cold.
POSSIBILITIES
Sugar: 1 i 1/2 teaspoons of fructose, 2 heaped teaspoons of fine crystal, 2 heaped spoons of brown sugar
Liquid: water or milk allowed
CAUTION: On a yeast-free diet, eat warm.
