Covering: 10 a dag of mushrooms, 2 large pores, a glass of fresh, frozen or canned peas, tomato concentrate, cheese (preferably cheddar) sliced, salt, pepper, oil
Made of flour, Knead the dough quickly and put it in the fridge, to "rest”. Wash the mushrooms, finely slice and fry in olive oil. Separately, stew the sliced white parts of the leeks (wash them very thoroughly), Boil fresh or frozen peas once, can drain from the pickle on a sieve. Knead the greased springform cake with the dough, forming a border around, brush them with olive oil, then tomato paste and arrange all the prepared ingredients. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, spread thin slices or even better shredded cheese on top. Bake in a well-preheated oven for approx. 30 min.

Pie: 30 a dag of krupczatka flour, 20 a dag of butter or margarine, 3 boiled yolks,
Cheese cover: 20 yellow sharp cheese, spoon of butter, 2 LOL, half a cup of cream, half a teaspoon (flat) grated nutmeg, salt, for garnish - ketchup sauce or tomato paste
Sift the flour onto the pastry board, add margarine and chop quickly. Then add the yolks, grated through the strainer, a good pinch of salt, knead the dough and cool in the refrigerator through 15 min. Knead the greased springform cake with the dough, lifting the edges a little, and bake in a hot oven for approx. 15 min. Grate the cheese and put on the baked bottom, then put a few pieces of butter and pour over the creamed eggs, by adding a grated knob. Put into the oven and bake until everything is nicely golden.
