Recipe for health – Turkey meatballs.

Each of us can prepare healthy meatballs. This simple and interesting turkey dish does not require us or too many ingredients, nor too great culinary skills. A simple recipe will do, that each of us will be able to prepare turkey meatballs without any problems - a tasty and original dish, especially recommended this, who have a lot of problems with a sick liver.
What ingredients are necessary to prepare this dish? Here is a list of the most important products, from which our dietary dish is to be made.

Ingredients for 2-3 people:
-ground turkey meat - 300 g;
-stale bun - 1 piece;
-egg - 1 piece;
-carrot - 1 piece;
-harness - 1 piece;
-clove of garlic;
-bouillon cube - 1 piece;
-seasoning for minced meat;
-herb pepper - to taste.

The meat should be mixed with the egg and the roll (previously soaked in water), and add the grated vegetables to the prepared mass. Then the meat with the additions should be seasoned, using minced meat seasoning for this purpose, Garlic, salt and pepper. All ingredients should then be mixed thoroughly, and then, from the mass thus formed, form into balls. In the meantime, you can boil the water, adding a bouillon cube to it. Meatballs should be cooked in this water. How long? After 10 minutes of cooking the meatballs should be ready.

The recipe for this dish is simple, and making turkey meatballs shouldn't be a problem for anyone. Is it worth convincing yourself to this dish?? The recipe looks good on the surface, although I don't know what the bouillon cube does in it. After all, it contains half of Mendeleev's table.
