Smoked cod appetizer
50 a dag of smoked cod, 2 large carrots, lemon juice, 3/4 glasses of mayonnaise, parsley
Clean the cod of skin and bones, divide into pieces. Grate the carrots on a fine grater, add lemon juice and mix with mayonnaise. Place the cod on the platter, cover with a layer of carrots with mayonnaise, garnish with lemon and green parsley, set aside in a cool place. Serve with bread, but not earlier than after 1 time. from preparation.
