Baked fish (Baked Fish) – Portion for 1 persons

100 g fish fillets (tooth. possibilities)
1 spoon of liquid (tooth. possibilities)
herbal spice (tooth. possibilities)
a pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper (freely)
1 a teaspoon of oil (tooth. possibilities)

Place the fish in a flat ovenproof dish. Pour over with the liquid, sprinkle with seasoning. Season to taste and brush with oil. Bake in a moderately hot oven (190°C) 15-20 minutes. Serve with a salad or hot vegetables – peas, carrot, Green Beans, spinach, broccoli, tomatoes, rice or potatoes.

POSSIBILITIES
Fish: cod or halibut
Liquid: lemon juice, sok z limony, 1 a teaspoon of tomato puree mixed with 1 spoon of water, White wine
Herbal spices: 2 pinches of savory, 2 pinches of tarragon, 2 pinches of dill, a pinch of powdered bay leaf, 1/2 teaspoons of grated lemon or orange peel
Oil: sunflower, saffron or olive oil

CAUTION: Wine should be avoided on a yeast-free diet, and lemon juice, with lime, lemon and orange peel in the case of a citrus-free diet.

Coat the fish in the flour. Heat oil in a pan, put the fish down carefully. Fry over medium heat. Fry the thin fillets 2 minutes on each side, thicker 4 minutes.

Remove the fish from the pan and drain excess fat. Serve hot or cold.

ANOTHER VARIANT

Roll the fish in a suitable flour, put on a baking tray and bake in a medium-heated oven (200°C) 15-20 minutes. Do not turn it during baking.

Fish: Cod, sole or halibut

Flour: potato or other allowed

Oil: sunflower, saffron or other allowed

CAUTION: It is especially important to remove excess fat, if you eat fish cold. On a yeast-free diet, eat the fish hot. Pay attention to the page, where there are recipes for simple sauces, which can be given to the fish. People not allergic to citrus fruits can eat the fish sprinkled with a little fresh lemon or lime juice.
