Grilled fish (Grilled Fish) – Portion for 1 persons
1 fish fillet (tooth. possibilities)
1 a teaspoon of oil (tooth. possibilities)
salt and freshly ground black
pepper (freely)
parsley for decoration
Grease the grate with a little oil. Put the fish down and brush it with oil with a brush. May be sprinkled with a little pepper. Put on medium heat and bake 5-6 minutes. Carefully turn over and bake again 4-5 minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve hot, e.g.. with the addition of a sauce selected from p. 107-109 and boiled potatoes or rice. Peas will be a good addition, carrot, broccoli or green beans.
POSSIBILITIES
Fish: Cod, halibut, salmon or turbot.
Oil: sunflower, saffron or other allowed.
CAUTION: As long as someone is not allergic to citrus, she can sprinkle the fish with a little lemon or lime juice.
Fish casserole (Fish Casserole) – Portion for 1 persons
1 white fish fillet (tooth. possibilities)
a few peeled, cooked prawns (if they are frozen, they must first be defrosted)

1 onion slice, finely chopped
2 fresh or tinned tomatoes, peeled and finely chopped
2 tablespoons of water or white wine (see note)
some freshly squeezed lemon juice

Place the fish in a small ovenproof dish, and shrimp on it. Pour the oil into a small frying pan and spread it with the cut garlic clove around its edges. Remove garlic. Fry in the oil soaked in the smell of garlic 5 minutes onion, when soft, add tomatoes. Simmer, stirring, still 2 minutes. Add wine and lemon juice, boil. Possibly season with pepper. Pour the sauce over the fish.
Cover the dish and put it in a medium-heated oven (190°C) on 25-30 minutes. Sprinkle the finished fish with chopped parsley, serve with peas or spinach and rice or potatoes.

CAUTION: If you are allergic to citrus, do not use lemon juice. Fault (instead of water) can use, when there is no yeast allergy.
