1 boiled or baked chicken, 1 tin (1/2-liter) pineapple in slices, 3 hard-boiled eggs, 10-15 heads of cooked asparagus, 2 spoons of finely chopped walnuts, pinch of salt, 5 spoons of mayonnaise, 5 tablespoons of cream, raw yolk, a teaspoon of mild mustard
To decoration: hard-boiled egg, half a tomato, 1 plaster ananasa
Separate the chicken meat from the bones, cut into small cubes. Cut the pineapple into pieces, chop the eggs. Combine all ingredients and season with salt.
