Herring with mushrooms

2 salted herring, 2 medium-sized onions, 10 dried porcini mushrooms, 4 tablespoons of oil, salt

for decoration - a few sprigs of green parsley, half a lemon.

Herring soak overnight (10-12 at), fillet, peel and remove the bones. Put on a small one, preferably a glass platter, forming the shape of a fish. Boil the mushrooms soaked overnight in water, in which they soaked, rinse thoroughly and chop again, and then fry briefly in hot oil along with the chopped onion. Lightly salt it, after cooling, place on the prepared herring. Garnish the platter with green parsley and lemon. Serve with bread.
