Frying pancakes - ways.

First of all, we need a pan for this, preferably Teflon, but it is enough for it to have an even surface.

The process itself is not complicated - just pour some oil on it, wait until it warms up slightly, and then using e.g.. Pour the dough with ladles and try to spread it evenly if necessary. If oil was added to the dough, we only pour it the first time, unless, we add it every now and then. You need to be careful, because the oil is splashing and it's dangerous. They can also be fried in butter, it's the safer way, they will only be slightly different in taste. Some even use lard or bacon for this purpose, however, it is a matter of taste.

Fry them on both sides until they turn golden.

A little note: We do not toss pancakes!! They do that in movies, but they don't throw ordinary pancakes, a different version and do not fry them in oil! Attempting to toss regular pancakes with oil in a frying pan can end up in hospital.
