Pie: 25 a dag of flour (krupczatka), 15 a dag of butter or margarine, yolk, 25 g rumu, 12 dag sugar powder
Filling: 50 a dag of fresh strawberries, 50 g of cuirass or dry cherry, 3 dag sugar powder, 2 proteins, a glass of whipped cream
Pour the sifted flour onto the pastry board, add fat, chop with a knife, mix with sugar, add egg yolk mixed with a tablespoon of cold water, alcohol and quickly knead the dough, forming a sphere. Wrap them with a cloth or parchment paper and refrigerate for approx. 2 at, so that "rested”. On a floured board, roll out the dough and place it in a round form with corrugated sides, piercing the bottom thickly with a fork, so that the dough does not bulge during baking. Put into the preheated oven on 30 min., po 15 minutes, reduce the flame a little. Rinse the strawberries gently, drain on a colander, remove the peduncles, put into the dish, sprinkle with sugar, sprinkle with cuirass and put on 30 min. into the fridge. Meanwhile, whip the cream and gently mix it with the stiff egg white. Combine the fruit with the juice with the whipped cream and put it on the cooled cake. Serve immediately.
