Collection of recipes for making wine
Until now, it was only about "wine", as if there were only one kind and one way of producing it. But this is by no means true. However, I wanted to describe all stages of the work in general, without still referring to the details of this or that fruit variety. Below are some suggestions, adapted to the specifics of various fruit juices. Only some of their properties are mentioned here, so as not to limit the winemaker – the amateur by some fixed generalizations in his joy of experimenting. Making wine will always remain an experiment, because the natural process of turning juice into wine depends on many, most often accidental, factors. This element of uncertainty does not increase the danger at all, that the wine will fail, but means, that each year it will be completely different. Surprises happen even then, when after each harvest you use the same additives in the same amounts and you create the same (only seemingly!) conditions. It is best to write down the data on making wine in a notebook, which can later serve as the basis for a wine notebook.
There should be specific notes under each wine recipe, here are suggestions for three years first, so that you can somehow "measure" your wine-making experience. By checking some "facts" you can avoid some mistakes.
