White tea has a positive effect on the human body, because it includes, among others. a very large amount of vitamin C.. A large amount of caffeine is a strong stimulant. This tea is a great alternative to coffee. Tea is much healthier and has many more, positive properties. Helps m.in.. in concentration. White tea is perfect for drinking on hot days, because it is very refreshing. It can also be helpful in nervous situations, because it effectively reduces the feeling of stress. White tea reduces the risk of cancer. It is much more effective at this than green tea. White tea is also a great way to maintain a youthful appearance for a long time. It contains polyphenols, which protect us from aging. For this reason, it is often referred to as her ?the elixir of youth?.

White tea is brewed from 5 do 7 minutes. This can be done three times. As in the case of e.g.. green tea, it is not poured with boiling water, but with slightly chilled water. Best, so that it has a temperature of around 85?C. The water used for brewing should not be hard.
