Few people are aware of this, that there is such a kind, like yellow tea. Nothing unusual, this species is very poorly known in Poland, and throughout Europe. Yellow tea is mainly available in Asia, more specifically in China, where it is produced in small amounts. Outside of China, it is difficult to get in stores, so you have to work a lot, to be able to try it. Of course, even if we manage to locate the place, in which we can get it, then we must be prepared to bear considerable costs.

Yellow tea is made with donuts and young leaves. The production process of this tea is not fully known, because the recipe is kept secret. For a long time, yellow tea could not even be sold outside of China. At first, only the emperor could eat it. Luckily, today anyone can try it, if only he can get it.

Yellow tea has a special one, delicate aroma and fresh taste. This type is often confused with white tea, but there is one foolproof way, to make sure, which type of drink we are dealing with. Real yellow tea casts a pale pink reflection on the side of the cup, in which it is located. White tea does not have these properties.

Yellow tea, just like other types of teas, has many positive properties. Perfectly affects the digestive system, regulating metabolism. It also helps to cleanse the body of dangerous toxins. It works perfectly as a sedative in stressful moments, because it has relaxing and relaxing properties.

You can drink yellow tea without fear, even right before going to bed. It will not cause problems with falling asleep, because it contains a small amount of theine.

So that yellow tea has the right flavor, brew it properly. Water, which we will pour over the tea leaves, it should have a temperature of approx. 75?C. It shouldn't be brewed for longer than 5 minutes. It is only brewed once, not several times, as with certain types of tea.

Yellow tea can only be purchased in leaf form.
