Fall (Palinurus vulgaris)

Langusty, being a type of sea crayfish, they are highly valued for their white color, tender and aromatic meat. They are caught in the Mediterranean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean. The size, they are not much inferior to lobsters in terms of weight and quality. The Baltic Sea, Unfortunately, do not visit. The dishes from freshly caught crawfish are the best. But also canned crawfish (properly seasoned) is a high end deli.
