Banana dessert (Banana Dessert) – Portion for 1 persons

1 banana
less than 300 ml of permitted milk or water
permitted sweetener to taste
1 spoon of ground rice

Put the banana in the blender, make up with milk or water to 300 ml. Add sweetener. Mix thoroughly and pour into a pot. Add rice and mix vigorously until smooth. Bring to a boil and heat until thickened, constantly stirring. Pour into a glass vessel and cool partially or completely.

VARIANTS

Raspberry dessert: (Raspberry Dessert): Instead of a banana, take a handful of raspberries but add them at the end of cooking, to avoid tipping.
Blackcurrant dessert (Blackcurrant Dessert): Instead of a banana, take a handful of disguised and peeled currants. This version requires more sugar, because the fruit is sour.
Apricot dessert (Apricot Dessert): Take a banana instead 2 or 3 ripe apricots without pits. If you are not allergic to citrus, you can add a little lemon juice.
