Cauliflower in green sauce
Large cauliflower, half a glass of milk, egg, a glass of sour cream, 3 spoons of mayonnaise, half a cup of yogurt, a bunch of small chives, 2 bunches of green dill, a bunch of parsley, 2-3 fresh tarragon sprigs, po 2 sprigs of anise and lemon balm, 3 borage leaves, salt, pepper, sugar
Clean the cauliflower, wash and boil whole in slightly salted water with the addition of milk. Hard-boil the egg, peel and chop finely. Made of cream, make a sauce of mayonnaise and yoghurt, add chopped egg, season with salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar.
