Broil (Grilled Meat) – Portion for 1 persons

1 fresh meat portion (tooth. possibilities)
freshly ground black pepper (freely)
Spices (tooth. possibilities)

Mash the meat and sprinkle with half the spice. Put it on the grill over medium heat, toast on both sides. Turn once, adding the rest of the spice. The finished meat should be soft, but not seared.
Separate the sauce fat that has leaked from the meat into a tray and pour the sauce over the meat. Serve with a freshly prepared salad of raw or boiled vegetables, potatoes or rice.

POSSIBILITIES

Meat: steak, veal escalope, pork chop or fillet, lamb chop
Spices: grated apple (for pork), 2 pinches of dried rosemary and 1/2 a clove of garlic (Rub the lamb meat with the cut side), 4 sprigs of watercress, finely chopped (for beef and veal)
CAUTION: To prevent grilled veal from being too dry, brush it on both sides with sunflower oil before baking..

 

Chicken from Maryland (Chicken Maryland) – Portion for 1 persons

1 a serving of chicken breast
breading flour (tooth. possibilities) plus 2 teaspoons
1 spoon of oil (tooth. possibilities)
1 a small banana
1/2 teaspoons of permitted sugar
1/2 teaspoons of tomato puree
3 tablespoons of cold water

Peel the meat from the skin, cut lengthwise into two slices and sprinkle with flour. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken pieces carefully through 5 minutes. Flip it over and add the banana. Po 2 minutes, carefully turn the banana.
Put the fried meat and banana on a hot plate and keep warm. Stir in a mug 2 teaspoons of flour with sugar, tomato puree and water and pour into the pan. Heat until thickened, constantly stirring. Pour the sauce over the chicken and banana. Serve with boiled rice and steamed broccoli, or with green salad.

POSSIBILITIES

Flour: rice, ground rice or other allowed
Oil: sunflower or safflower
