Pancakes with peanut cream

Ingredients: 50 g of butter, 500 g of milk, 200 g of water, 250 g of flour, 4 eggs, pinch of salt, vanilla sugar, a teaspoon of orange zest, bar of chocolate, nut cream.

Preparation: Melt the butter, and then blend them with the remaining ingredients. The dough should be smooth, with the consistency of liquid cream. Fry thin pancakes on a very hot Teflon or pancake pan (without watering with fat).

Brush them with the nut mass, roll up your sides, and then roll it up. Pour the chocolate over it, dissolved in a water bath.
