Potato pancakes in a waffle iron
Ingredients for 4 people: 5 medium potatoes • onion • 2 tablespoons of wheat flour • 2 tablespoons of potato flour • tablespoon of butter • salt • pepper • Parmesan cheese.
1. Grate the potatoes and onions on a fine-mesh grater. Squeeze out excess water. I starch, which will precipitate, add to potatoes, pour out the water. Add wheat flour, potato flour, season with salt and pepper.
