Fish in curry
1 kg of sea fish, the juice of one lemon, spoon of finely chopped parsley, 3/4 glasses of olive oil or oil, clove of garlic, half a teaspoon of curry, salt
Clean the fish, cut into a ringtone, rub with lemon juice, salt and coat in green parsley. Heat the oil with chopped garlic and quickly fry the fish on both sides. Transfer to a saucepan, sprinkle the curry, cover and simmer for approx. 20 min. Serve cold as a snack.
